How we handle your information

Luminae is early — this is a short, plain-language notice rather than a long legal document, because that’s a more honest match for where the project actually is. It covers what happens to your information today. It will be replaced with a fuller policy once Luminae is handling bookings and payments.
What we collect
Luminae collects what you choose to submit in two places:
- The practitioner application form: your name, email, country, languages, years of experience, a description of your practice, and optionally a social media or website link.
- The discovery quiz’s email step: just your email address.
Why we collect it
Practitioner applications are used solely to review your application and get in touch about joining Luminae. Quiz emails are used to send you your result and, occasionally, updates from Luminae — you can unsubscribe at any time, and we never sell or share either list with advertisers or other third parties.
Who sees it
Both forms are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to the founder’s email inbox. If you took the quiz, your email is also passed to Resend, a transactional email service, purely to send you your result. Both are based in the United States; by submitting either form you’re agreeing to your information being processed there. No one else receives it.
How long we keep it
For as long as it’s useful for reviewing applications and following up — at most 12 months if we haven’t been in touch. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under EU/UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve given us, or ask us to stop processing it, at any time and free of charge. Email michela@joinluminae.com and we’ll handle it directly — there’s no automated system to navigate.
